The Princess Ball

Our stake held a Princess Ball for all the daddy's and little girls ages 18 months - 11 years. What an event! They asked me to sing a song "What Heaven Sees in You" for the program so I got to see how incredible it was. The place was packed and there were little girls everywhere in fancy dresses or dress up Cinderella dresses. Some of the dad's even wore Tuxedos. They had Trumpeteers herald the girls in as they arrived, "Now presenting Princess whoever". Olivia just ran in accross the floor during the trumpets and then the man announced "Having already entered, Princess Olivia". Isn't that sooooooo cute. All the commitee wore Old English costumes. The King and Queen (Stake President and his wife) made their entrance sometime in the middle all dressed up like royalty and then sat on the "thrones" that were on the stage. I hope they make this a tradition in our stake. Olivia had fun, but she will really like it when she's older. Plus maybe she'll be easier for "Prince Charming Daddy" to keep up with.

Princess Olivia appears to be worn out after such a fun night...

Nope, she just needed a little rest and now she's ready to go crazy again.
