A few of my favorite Livi things

The kids have both been doing some pretty fun stuff lately so I thought Darren and I could list our favorite things. Thanks to Shantel since I stole this idea from her blog.

Favorite Olivia things in no particular order:
1. Whenever she needs to poop, or I change Mason's diaper (even if it's just wet) she says "Oh no, poop". But when she says poop her cheeks puff out like a blowfish and the "oh no" is delivered with such sincere feeling that you really believe the poop is a tragedy.

2. When she hurts Mason or his feelings causing him to cry she comes running over to me with the saddest look on her face and then with such a downtrodden voice says "hut, hut (hurt)". She is really catching on to vocal expression.

3. She sings! For a while she never did sing along while I sang or with any music. I was afraid that maybe she wasn't going to like singing. Yeah, she's been singing A LOT lately. Some of it has been really loud and crazy. Guess she's going to be a rock star.

4. When she gets up in the morning if Mason isn't already awake she wanders through the house calling his name. Funny that I list that as a favorite since really I'd rather that she not wake Mason up.

5. This morning when I went to get her out of bed she was saying, "bye bed, bye gooks (books), bye baby, bye tummy (tunnel, a toy that is in her room)". When I picked her up and took her to the kitchen she perked up and said, "hi kishen (kitchen)"! Throughout the day she has continued to say "bye" to everything whenever she wants to go somewhere else.
