I'm so glad when Daddy comes...

Well I gave up on putting these pictures in order. I have to get some blogging done or I'll get way to behind. So here I have pictures of the reunion with pictures of the farewell to come later!

Darren drove with us to Panguitch around the 20th of July and then flew back to Phoenix that Sunday. Cedar City has direct flights to Phoenix now and it was relatively affordable. After 3 weeks he flew back to Cedar where the kids and I greeted him and then we spent the next week traveling to see me brother, Jeff, and his family in Bluebell, UT, then to see some friends in Salt Lake and Provo, then to see Grandma Wright in Salem, then to stay with my family in Park City for a little reunion, then to American Fork to be with my brother (Ron or Elder Cooper), sister (Mandy), and brother-in-law (Kalen) for their endowments and my sister's sealing, then to Panguitch, and then FINALLY back to Phoenix. It was a fun trip. We got to catch up with so many friends and family, but I have to tell ya. We are still recovering 2 weeks later!

As you can see, Olivia was so excited to see her daddy. She just hugged him like that for quite a while. Mason was excited to, but he was in the stroller and very hungry. Last year after Olivia hadn't seen Darren for about 3 weeks she didn't recognize him. It didn't help that he had decided to grow a goatee therefore the poor little thing couldn't see his face. Lucky for me that persuaded him to go and shave right away! And I believe that it cured the goatee cravings! Don't get me wrong some people look great with goatees...Darren is not one of them...and Jeff, if you are reading this you aren't either! (Sounds rude, I know, but it's totally an inside joke).
