Ras & Moke
What a party we are having at dinner tonight. It's a shame that Darren isn't home yet. Dinner isn't even completely over but I had to sit down to write about Olivia's great dinner etiquette tonight. Otherwise I might forget. First: She kept putting "ras" (rice) up her nose. Then after a couple of minutes it made her sneeze and the rice came flying right out of her nose. That made her laugh pretty hard so she proceeded to do it again but this time she got a piece that had a little barbecue sauce on it...OUCH...and it's stuck. The other part of the party is that she only wants to play with her food, not eat it. So, I keep telling her, "Olivia, take a bite before you have more milk". So, she puts the fork to her mouth but doesn't open her mouth. She then says, "MMMM", and then not so discreetly tosses the food onto the floor. As if I couldn't see all of that. Then she yells, "YAY moke (milk)".
