What's up with Livi these days...

She LOVES sweets. Our friend Chad called her over to his table at the ward party before she had really even eaten her dinner and gave her this cupcake. THEN he bailed and left me to clean up the mess. In his defense Livi was staring at the cupcake like it was...well, a cupcake.

She is a very talented artist. Livi did this little craft at Busy Kids. When I picked her up and Amy handed me Livi's project I immediately asked if Amy had to help her a lot with the face. To my surprise she said that Livi did this all by herself. She carefully examined the example and tried to copy it as best as she could. I would say that for a 2 year old that is pretty darn good.

She has moved into a twin bed. She really likes for us to cuddle with her a little bit when she lays down at night and the toddler bed was killin' us. I found this daybed at IKEA. Originally it was $100, then it was marked down to $70. We were pretty sure that was a steal so I proceeded to get it. I always like to check the "as is" section before we leave and found the very same bed for $20!!!!

A very tuckered out little girly.

Here are a few other funny Livi things...again:

1. She has started to ask specifically for cows milk, as if we have been giving her something else!
2. She always says "goodbye, see you soon" when any of her shows are ending or when we are leaving or she simply WANTS to leave.
3. She is a spanish speaker now. The other day I was trying to remind her to say thank you after I gave her some yogurt. The conversation went like this:

Mom: "Livi, what do you say?"
Livi: "Gracias"
Mom: In a surprised tone..."wow, you watch to much Dora".
Livi: In a scolding tone "say denada mommy, say denada".
