The BIG ONE!

Since we have all been sick and Mason is still coughing we decided to have just a little family birthday party for Mason's big FIRST birthday. Daddy stopped at Chic-Fil-A to get dinner and I made cupcakes. We had a little bowling party after dinner and cake. I think Mason had fun but Olivia probably enjoyed it the most. She LOVES the cupcakes. She did manage to be really nice to Mason today and she told him happy birthday a number of times.

He started off just playing finger paints with the cupcake!

Then, he inevitably decided to see what this blue wonder tasted like...yummy. The sweetness brought out the giggles in him.

They (the giggles) didn't really stop for a while...I guess it was a happy 1st birthday!
